The KYT TT Revo Helmet is a full-face motorcycle helmet designed to deliver strong performance, comfort, and modern styling for everyday street riding. Its aggressive shape has been studied in a wind tunnel to improve aerodynamic efficiency while maintaining excellent ergonomics and visual appeal.

Developed in collaboration with aeronautics engineers, the TT Revo combines advanced design software with extensive wind tunnel testing. As a result, the helmet offers a balanced mix of strength, comfort, airflow, and reliability for daily use.

Aerodynamics and Performance

KYT engineered the TT Revo using special aerodynamic software and real-world wind tunnel testing. Because of this approach, the helmet remains stable at speed while reducing wind resistance. At the same time, its design preserves rider comfort and minimizes fatigue during longer rides.

Shell Construction

The TT Revo shell is produced using ADT advanced thermoplastic, a blend of thermoplastic resins designed to resist impacts effectively.

The shell is available in three shell sizes (S, M, and L). This improves fit accuracy and weight balance across helmet sizes.

EPS Impact Protection

The internal polystyrene (EPS) liner is produced in three sizes (XS, M, and L). It features variable density to improve ergonomics and impact absorption.

While the outer shell absorbs most of the initial impact energy, the EPS liner manages the remaining forces. As a result, the helmet provides progressive and controlled energy absorption across impact zones.

Visor System

The visor is made from polycarbonate and treated with an anti-scratch coating. A new hook system allows tool-free visor removal for added convenience.

The TT Revo also features a visor lock system to keep the visor securely closed while riding. In addition, the helmet is Pinlock® compatible, making it suitable for a wide range of weather conditions.

Ventilation System

Ventilation plays a key role in rider comfort. The TT Revo features special channeling within the EPS liner to guide airflow efficiently.

The helmet includes five front air intakes and four rear air extractors located beneath the aerodynamic spoiler. This system promotes consistent airflow and quick heat extraction during riding.

Interior Comfort

The interior liner and cheek pads are made from soft, breathable bi-elastic fabric with synthetic fibers. These materials offer high sweat absorption and help keep the helmet fresh and dry.

The cheek pads are easily removable and are available in different thicknesses to fine-tune fit.

Retention System

The TT Revo uses a double D-ring retention system. This system provides a secure, race-proven fit and supports compatibility with micrometric add-ons.
