The KYT NZ-Race Carbon Helmet is KYT’s race-designed full-face helmet built around a proprietary triaxial composite shell. Designed for riders who demand performance on both road and track, the NZ-Race delivers aerodynamic stability, effective ventilation, and a clean racing profile without sacrificing comfort or style.

KYT developed the NZ-Race using advanced fluid-dynamic software and extensive wind tunnel testing. As a result, the helmet achieves strong aerodynamic efficiency across multiple riding positions. The visor provides a wide peripheral and vertical field of view, making the NZ-Race ideal for both competitive racing and aggressive street riding.

Aerodynamics and Performance

KYT studied the NZ-Race shape through repeated wind tunnel sessions and aerodynamic simulations. Because of this development process, the helmet reduces drag and remains stable at speed. At the same time, it maintains a sleek and aggressive design suitable for race use.

Shell Construction

The shell is produced using triaxial composite materials, combining carbon fiber, Kevlar, and fiberglass. This construction offers high resistance to impacts while keeping weight controlled.

The NZ-Race shell is produced in two shell sizes (M and L). This improves fit accuracy, balance, and overall comfort across helmet sizes.
